Working From Home, Bang! Bangs, & Moving

So far this has been a pretty decent journey.  It's been a really long time since I've worked a job that involved something other than watching another person's child.  I really enjoy it.  Don't get me wrong, I've had my bad moments.  The first few days were the toughest and it was really challenging for me to get everything organized, but now that I'm past that I'm feeling pretty confident.

The more presentations I schedule people for and I attend, the more I love the company.  I cannot wait to try some of the great products they have to offer.  In the presentations I've heard some of the most inspiring stories.  Everything from little kids with severe skin conditions to older women suffering from Fibromyalgia that this companies natural products have helped.  It's wonderful.

People are iffy because they are required to purchase 35 product points each month.  This company has everything.  You simply stop buying certain items at the grocery stores or big box stores (which are their competitors) and you buy through them.  The prices are pretty fantastic and the products aren't full of unnecessary toxins either.  At the stores it costs an arm and a leg to purchase quality products like that.

Anyway, my point is, it seems pretty fantastic and I'm happy to have found something that allows me to honestly work from home.  SO RELIEVED and EXCITED about it.

I did have some sort of a crisis the other day and I randomly cut off my bangs though.  I'm not really sure what the hell happened.  I just stopped what I was doing for work and went and chopped my hair off.  Totally not like me at all.  I don't hate them, but they do need to grow back out a little bit before I can comfortably wear them on my forehead.  LOL!  You'll be able to tell in the picture that they're just slightly hacked.  they're easy to pin up though and I don't get out much, so I didn't cry over my hacked bangs.

We're going to be moving again in about a week.  I'll post pictures of the new house in a different post.  Even though we're going to be downsizing A LOT, I'm pretty excited about the move.  It's in a really great neighborhood, right down the street from the water.  Jefferson was always my favorite to take long drives down, by all the huge waterfront homes...Our house is nowhere near huge and it isn't waterfront, but I'm stoked.  The owner has done a lot of work to it and I love her taste in interior decor.  Although our bedroom isn't anything I'd normally attempt, I adore it and cannot wait to sleep in it.

That's about it for now, I'm going to do a couple more things for work and then call it a night.  I've been dying for a night to just chill.  Tonight's the first night I'm not all up tight about being organized, so I'm going to enjoy it.

Join My Team, Work from Home, Earn Residual Income

I was going to type up a post all about my journey to becoming a work-at-home-mom, but the truth is, it'll take more than I have the effort for tonight.  So, I'll type that story, but it won't be tonight.  Tonight I will just post my ad in an attempt to recruit you for my team.

Some of you know me, some of you don't.  I'm an honest person.  I've literally never stolen a piece of gum.  And I know that's easy for anybody to say, but I'm hoping that those of you who do know me in real life will back me up here.  Go ahead and tell 'em guys!  Uh, guys?  Hello?  ::laughs::

Social Websites - Let's Be Friends

Pinterest - This one's obvious.  I remember being the first out of my friends to discover this site through another blogger.  We still had to wait for invite codes "back then" but I was so happy to get everyone hooked on it.  It's a really amazing website, isn't it?  So much useful information and endless inspiration.

Instagram - Another obvious for me.  I've been using Instagram since December 2010 and it's still one of my favorite apps.  (username: CLynnVerbeke)

And my favorite IG picture from today (okay, maybe it's my ONLY from today, I've really been slacking since I got my new phone, but it won't last).

I love when he asks to wear his babies .
GetGlue - Check in to whatever TV show or movie you're watching and earn stickers.  Every 20 stickers you earn, you can request them to be mailed to you.  It's fun.  I like to put my stickers in my *SMASH books.  (username: CLynnVerbeke)

Tumblr - I kind of feel like I'm too old to be using this website, but the truth is, I just discovered it last June and I really enjoy it.  So if you're on there, follow me (I'll follow back).

Twitter - I haven't been on there much in a while.  I always try to post more and I don't.  Sometime (soon) I want to come back.  I really miss the way it helped me stay up to date and in touch with my friends who live in my computer ;)

What are some of your favorite websites?  Any that I don't have listed that I may find interesting?  Do share.  If you use any of the sites above (and we aren't already friends), add me, and leave me a comment with your information so I can add you back.
